Iveda Solutions real-time remote surveillance packages offer end users highly reliable video
surveillance solutions with a low cost of ownership. Cameras are monitored live at a client specified
schedule, to "intercept" and act upon events as they happen and alert first responders or designees, with
actionable intelligence. These intervention specialists don't rely on an alarm being triggered to alert

Multiple simultaneous access to cameras is made possible by the IP infrastructure Iveda Solutions built
using a tier-4 data center with redundant power and massive bandwidth. This allows end users to view
cameras at the same time as Iveda Solutions and law enforcement, without degradation of video quality
but with the highest of security standards. Real-time off-site video surveillance allows for live visual
verification, drastically reducing false alarms and escalating response priorities by police departments.
At the end of each live video surveillance shift, a Daily Surveillance Report (DSR) is generated and
emailed to each customer. This consists of time-stamped snapshots of events along with detailed
descriptions. The DSR not only provides proof to our customers that their properties are being
protected from any criminal activity while they're asleep, but it keeps them abreast of the kinds of
activities happening on their properties while they are away.
Managed video hosting, or Managed Video as a Service (MVaaS), is part of the service for remote
surveillance customers. The video data is also stored securely for a period of time allowing for
forensic access and retrieval of video for use as evidence in court. This offers off-site video storage
redundancy with the same high standards of security as online banking, with no limits or time-of-use
restrictions to access data.
